Technical Business Analyst - NHS x2
Our client a well known IT consultancy require two Technical Business Analysts to work with a large NHS acute trust to support IT Business partners in the Digital Clinical Engagement team. The Clinical Engagement team partner with multiple departments to organise the process around new Digital requests.
IT Business Partners work on the process side of the engagement/change/SOP's etc and they require support from Technical Business Analysts to work on the detail of new systems including good discovery, templating using their broad IT knowledge including servers, networks, laptops, integration, and development.
Overview:
- Gather technical documents from multiple stakeholders to undertake a gap analysis and make recommendations for technical documentation uplift.
- Review technical documentation for accuracy and suitability to support Operational Acceptance in line with the technical standards.
- Support development of technical resilience processes
- Develop and coordinate testing regimes to ensure resilience processes and/or technical capability is fit for purpose.
- Document technical requirements for third-party application uplift and/or replacement.
- Establish strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively looks for ways to improve operational efficiency whilst engaging with each department.
Due to the urgent nature of the requirement candidates must have NHS experience within an Acute/Hospital setting to be deployed immediately, we will not be able to review candidates without this experience.
Hybrid role - estimate of 4 days per month onsite.
