Role Title: SuccessFactors Consultant (SF Recruitment and SF Time Off Integration)
Duration: 12 Months (extensions likely)
Location: 80% WFH with adhoc travel to Preston AND London (travel to Australia and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia may be needed)
Rate: £565/d - Umbrella only

Role purpose / summary

  • Experience in implementing innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions - and supporting technologies in large - complex organisations.
  • Strong, 'hands on' skills in SuccessFactors Recruitment or Time Off. Knowledge and experience in the design and build of related integrations.
  • Certification in one or more relevant SuccessFactor modules.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels within a client's organisation. Clear, compelling and effective engagement skills are critical.
  • Ability to plan and run client workshops.
  • Guide clients on SuccessFactors best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies
  • Ability to working flexibly, both onsite and remotely. UK travel and limited overseas travel will be required.
  • Experience of global deployments / experience of solution delivery across multiple geographies
  • Ensure quality delivery of SuccessFactor solutions
