Location: London - (Hybrid working, 2/3 days on-site)

Day rate: £610 inside IR35
Project Task
Analyse existing ServiceNow resolver groups within Seller ServiceNow instance and propose approach to transition/migrate resolver groups to Customer ServiceNow instance.
Skills
- 10+ years ServiceNow experience with hands-on experience of implementing and rolling out ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB and ITAM modules
- Good communication, presentation, reporting and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Architecture skills
- Transition/Transformation experience
Responsibilities
- Implementation and roll out of ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB and ITAM modules
- Be the point of contact for external and internal communications
- SME expert on ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB and ITAM modules
- Support/steer the tower cross delivery/country location
- Standard run operation experience
- alignment with client
- Handover to delivery skills
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards
