Role overview/Essential skills and experience
As a Service Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional service to for the clients system. The primary focus of the role will be on ensuring that service operations run smoothly efficiently and in line with agreed SLAs. You will lead a team of support specialists coordinate service activities and collaborate with other suppliers to meet or exceed client's expectations including achieving continuous improvement during the lifetime of the service.
