Service Delivery Manager (Problem Manager exp) - Hybrid Role - MUST BE SC CLEARED

Overview:
Are you an experienced Service Delivery Manager with Problem Management experience looking for your next challenge? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative environment where no two days are the same? This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact by supporting a high-profile Through Life Support (TLS) programme. You'll be instrumental in ensuring a high standard of Problem Management for a technically diverse product set, working closely with both internal teams and end users.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting and maintaining the Problem Management process across project and live services.

  • Collaborating with technical leads and stakeholders to produce and review problem records.

  • Hosting and chairing Problem Management meetings and working groups.

  • Managing known errors and workarounds, ensuring accurate and current documentation.

  • Providing detailed verbal and written briefings on progress and outcomes.

  • Working with Knowledge and Configuration Managers to ensure centralised information storage.

  • Leading investigations into problems across systems and services.

  • Coordinating and implementing effective resolutions and preventative actions.

  • Analysing trends and producing reports for review boards and senior stakeholders.

  • Maintaining evidence for audit and assurance compliance.

  • Supporting incident/problem resolution in an agile environment with a continuous delivery approach.

What you'll bring:

  • You will either be a Problem Manager or a Service Delivery Manager with extensive Problem Management exp
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - with a keen eye for detail.

  • A collaborative and adaptable approach to working within multidisciplinary teams.

  • ITIL v3 or v4 qualification.

  • Experience with service reporting and producing management information.

  • Working knowledge of Remedy or similar ITSM tools.

  • The ability to work independently and drive forward problem resolution.
