Service Analyst
Looking for a solid Service Analyst to join a small robust team. This role is based in London or Liverpool and you would be expected to be in the office 1 - 2 times a week. Looking for the following
- 5 years in Service Management arena
- ITIL qualified
- Experience across Incident Problem and Change
- ITSM experience
- Sharepoint experience
- Experience of ITIL Service Support and Delivery processes
- Excellent reporting and trend analysis skills
- Analysis and reporting of incident trend data to identify and eliminate root causes.
- Initiating actions to fix potential interruptions to service identified during proactive and trending analysis of the IT infrastructure and vendor landscape
- Diagnosis of faults and determining whether new incidents are related to known errors or existing problem records
