- 7-8 years' experience.
- Strong MS-Dynamics knowledge
- Having knowledge of CRM platforms
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles
- Strong experience in building IT strategy
- Strong experience in turning solution proposals into reality throughout the process of development, testing, and deployment etc.
- Experience in implementing large-scale, innovative IT solutions to drive business transformation.
- Strong knowledge of building the target architecture, keeping overall business vision in mind
- Strong experience in designing solutions via MS Dynamics
- Strong knowledge in CRM domain
- Strong experience in case management, channel integration, data ingestion, AI and process automation etc.
- Strong experience working in AGILE methodology
- Ability to manage the solution through its lifecycle.
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in implementing large-scale, innovative IT solutions to drive business transformation.
- Help formulate the overall solution strategies and roadmaps.
