Role purpose / summary
We require resource to review the current existing mapping completed for controls and create NESO specific control objectives for Cyber, Physical &Personnel and IT. Current mapping has been done to ISO27001:2022, NIST,CSF,CAF, and ISO800-53.
Following creation of NESO control objectives and tiering these into 4 tiers, there is work around updating the controls framework, working with reporting on how we measure those controls, and with risk on our risk maturity of those selected NESO controls and finally working with assurance. There is a framework that will need updating coinciding this with the ICM 8 principles which need to be worked through- as this provides the core of having a successful controls framework in place.
