Role Title: SuccessFactors Data Migration Lead
Duration: contract to run until 31/12/2025
Location: WFH some Adhoc travel to Preston, London and internationally
Rate: up to £708.75 p/d Umbrella
Role purpose / summary
Our client is looking for a lead to manage the migration of employee data from a number of legacy applications to SAP SuccessFactors as part of a global HR transformation initiative.
Key Skills/ requirements
- Have demonstrable experience as an SAP Data Consultant, ideally working across SAP SuccessFactors and non-SAP systems
- Expertise in the implementation and use of SAP Data Services
- Highly knowledgeable and experienced in managing HR data migration projects in SAP SuccessFactors environments
- Demonstrate knowledge of how data aspects need to be considered within overall SAP solution design
- Lead the data migration workstream, with a direct team of circa 5 resources in addition to other 3rd party and client resource.
- Manage the workstream activities and plan, including stakeholder management, engagement with the business and the production of governance documentation.
- Work flexibly, both onsite and remotely. Occasional UK travel and limited overseas travel will be required (Australia and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
