Role purpose / summary
The SAP Basis Administrator would be required to work across a variety of SAP systems consisting of a number of ECC6 systems on SAP Netweaver 7.50, Azure Linux platform and Oracle 19 Databases it also includes, Solution Manager and ILM Sybase IQ. Ideally strong in all aspects of the Basis life cycle.
Tasks:
Specific expertise on monitoring and alerting especially Solution Manager. The SAP Basis Technical monitoring consultant must have a proven record as a Basis Consultant. Required to implement extended monitoring capabilities. He/she would be required to have generally good Basis skills across all products such as Sybase IQ, Solution Manager and ECC6 systems. Experience of installation and system copies. Strong Oracle dba skills. Strong SAP Java skills. Design and implement monitoring solution SAP Basis, Oracle DBA, Java administration. Oracle 19 RMAN, ASM, Oracle Enterprise Manager. Experience in various Backup/Restore procedures. In-depth knowledge of SAP installations and migrations. In-depth knowledge of SAP upgrade and patching. Problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.
