We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly skilled Salesforce Implementation Project Manager who can lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects-from conception to successful adoption-ensuring that our clients not only implement Salesforce, but also embrace and make the most of it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementations, including project scoping, planning, resource management, and execution.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and align Salesforce solutions with business objectives.
- Adoption Strategy: Develop and drive Salesforce adoption plans, ensuring smooth transitions from legacy systems and promoting user engagement across all levels of the organization.
- Training and Support: Lead training initiatives, create user documentation, and provide support to users post-implementation to encourage Salesforce adoption.
- Change Management: Act as a change agent to foster a culture of Salesforce adoption, communicating the value and benefits to stakeholders at all levels.
- Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from users, analyze usage data, and collaborate with clients to continuously improve the Salesforce experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Salesforce developers, consultants, and business analysts to ensure the solution meets the business requirements and supports long-term success.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce implementation project management or related roles, with a focus on driving adoption and user engagement.
- Salesforce Expertise: Strong understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other related technologies.
- Project Management: Proven experience managing complex projects, with the ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results.
- Change Management Skills: Strong background in driving user adoption and managing change processes in large-scale implementations.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Project Manager, or similar Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
