Job Spec:
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will support the Meraki sales team by bridging the gap between Cisco and Meraki's sales platforms and be at the forefront of day to day problem solving for internal sales requests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Route deals to appropriate owners to optimize sales operations
* Match Meraki's existing customer and reseller database to that of Cisco's
* Analyze and assign cases in accordance with sales rules
* Conduct end-customer research
* Review and verify applications from partners
* Work cross-functionally with teams to respond to critical sales issues

* Strong organization skills coupled with the ability to multitask
* Capable of working in a high energy and deal volume environment
* Comfortable working to deadlines
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Team-oriented with strong communication skills
* Outstanding written and verbal skills, computer proficient
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS (NICE TO HAVES)
* Salesforce experience
* Experience in Sales Support or data entry position
* University degree
