Role Title: Project Manager
Duration: contract to run until 31/12/2025
Location: London, 60% Office, 40% Remote
Rate: up to £713.47 p/d Umbrella inside IR35
Key Skills/ requirements
- Lead corporate development activities.
- Oversee M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) projects, specifically the Invent lead project.
- Handle PM activities for Application Transfer project
- Facilitate the transition of applications between two buyers for HSBC.
- Requirements:
- Strong background in M&A, including divestment and cash products.
- Experience in managing mergers and acquisitions.
- Ability to work with application architects and business analysts.
