My client are looking for a Programme Manager with a strong background in Software Development and Finance. Our client is seeking a skilled professional to join their team, bringing expertise to unify and streamline Project tracking and Financial reporting processes.
About the Role:
This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a large, dynamic team, collaborating closely with internal departments across the Globe and external partners in Software Development. You will play a pivotal role in driving consistency across project management practices, ensuring clear and cohesive methods for backlog tracking and cost allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Standardise project tracking methods to improve visibility and efficiency across all teams.
- Collaborate with a C-Suite member to present data and create a future-proof CapEx reporting model.
- Ensuring clarity and precision in all financial documentation.
- Support the team in achieving project success by implementing best practices in backlog management and financial oversight.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management within a Software Development environment.
- Strong financial background, with experience in budget management.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to bring multiple teams together under unified processes.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a focus on delivering clear, concise reports and Data.
- Ability to go into a complex organisation with a pro-active approach to achieving deliverables.
- Experience using Microsoft DevOps
