Job Title: Power Platform Technical Lead
Location: Telford Hybrid - at least 2 days in the office per week
Rate: £500 - £550 per day - Umbrella Only

Description:
The Technical Lead will lead a Power Platform (mainly Power Apps) development team and will be involved in development and support of new and existing products.
- Carrying out development in accordance with the agreed requirements and development standards.
- Testing of products in accordance with the test strategy to ensure that they are fit for purpose.
- Examining packages of work and giving realistic timescales for completion.
- Completion of work allocated within agreed time, cost and quality criteria and providing progress reports on assigned work as required.
- Management and control of problems and change within their area of responsibility as requested, including negotiation with other teams as necessary.
- Prompt escalation of problems, issues and risks as necessary.
- Playing an active part in Process improvement, awareness of and compliance with all relevant quality processes and procedures, including completion of all the specified quality records.
- Ensuring work delivered from the team has been reviewed and meets the quality standards laid down by the project.
Knowledge and experience:
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, OO Analysis & Design techniques.
- Experience of Data Modelling.
- Awareness of Risk, Change & Problem Management.
- Awareness of Configuration Management.
- Awareness of testing best practice.
- Awareness of DevOps Pipelines and ALM.
Skills:
- Power Apps. -advanced level required.
- Azure Dev Ops. - basic knowledge required.
- SQL - Ability to integrate SQL with Power Apps.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, Problem solving and creativity skills, Honesty and Integrity, Eagerness to learn, Drive and energy.
- Previous experience of leading technical teams.
