We are actively looking to secure a Operations Engineer to join Experis.

Job Purpose/The Role:
We're looking for a passionate Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team and help ensure the seamless performance of our live services within Tax Administration.
Security Clearance (or eligibility) is essential for this role, as is a willingness to work across multiple services alongside seasoned engineers to develop a deep understanding of our systems.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a well-established team, where the services present new and exciting challenges.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live services to ensure they are operating effectively and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents as they arise, minimizing downtime and service disruption.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement enhancements and deploy updates.
- Document processes, incidents, and solutions to improve knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist in automating routine tasks and processes to increase operational efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
Your Skills:
- Strong PL/SQL knowledge required.
- Previous Live Service support preferred
