For our Omnichannel Global Content team in London, UK we are looking for a Online Content Lead!
In this position you will be the ambassador and the builder of primarily eCRM content for all 1-2-1 channels (email, SMS, IM and direct mail) for some of our Smoke Free Products. Your goal is to ensure content delivery is consistent, fit for purpose and fit for channel, championing smoke-free-brands that contribute to 50% of company revenues by 2025.
You will:
- Be responsible for the creation and delivery of eCRM channels content/assets and effectiveness in deployment tracking of toolboxes.
- Focus on having an integrated brand-building approach across the platform (including IMs, SMS, Direct Mail and Emails) to have an impactful brand presence in online.
- Ensure interlocks with cross-functional teams, including brand, CX, channel, transcreation and omnichannel regional teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, design markets, and appropriate regional and commercial forums to ensure toolboxes are deployed, delivering a seamless and engaging experience for our consumers.
- Support, if needed developing consistent multi-platform content across other digital channels such as Social, Web and Paid.
We're looking for:
- Brand/Digital Marketing experience with proven ability to build integrated online campaigns
- Hybrid online expert with strong knowledge of eCRM but experience with other online channels
- A Storyteller with ability to build strong narratives to inspire, engage and convert consumers, across all touch points. An astute briefer with proven ability to drive and evaluate agency work
- A consumer-focused individual with strategic thinking
- An individual that can build collaborative relationships, demonstrates empathy and resilience
- The ability to thrive in a complex matrix environment and can work with ambiguity
- The ability to understand, interact and effectively communicate with creatives
