The location of the role is Pollards Wood, Chalfont Saint Giles (hybrid working).
The duration of the contract is 12 months.
The pay rate on offer is £18 per hour.
Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks that support our marketing efforts, enhance customer engagement, ensure compliance, and streamline day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
There will be the opportunity for the individual to be involved in digital marketing campaigns, content creation, exhibitions & events, and KOL/DOL engagements.

Key accountabilities of the role
- Support for Imaging & Solutions: work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand and support tactical needs, including coordinating customer engagement activities.
- Lean Execution: Execute tasks with a lean approach to optimise total process time.
- Action List Management: Create and manage action lists, follow up, and communicate progress and next steps to the team.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance for sponsorships, partnerships, and KOL speaker engagements, including managing internal compliance workflows, legal agreements, consent forms, and invoicing.
- Legal Documentation: Draft legal agreements such as speaking agreements and consent forms.
- Marketing Material Compliance: Manage compliance of all locally generated marketing materials (Veeva).
- Third-Party Coordination: Work with third-party suppliers to order collaterals, organise shipping, manage inventory, and coordinate customer travel.
- Merchandise Management: Work with third-party suppliers to order merchandise, organise shipping, and manage inventory.
- Workflow and Purchase Order Management: Create and manage workflows for locally generated marketing materials (Veeva), and handle purchase order generation and invoicing (Agora).
- Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
- Logistical Organization: Organise customer travel schedules with agencies, communicate plans to customers, and ensure seamless execution of customer-related communication.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on marketing activities, customer feedback, and compliance status.
- Support for Imaging & Solutions: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand and support tactical needs.
- Process Implementation and Coordination: Implement and coordinate wing-to-wing processes to ensure adherence to GE HealthCare procedures, including approvals, purchase order generation, follow-up, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
- Health & Safety: Ensure health and safety, including conducting risk assessments for all events.
