Integration Manager (Mergers and Acquisitions)

Looking for a senior change agent that can help C suite stakeholders to deliver valued transformational change. You will be integrating small to medium organisations into a Group Function. A diverse role that captures People, Change, IT, Finance, HR, Strategy but there will be other workstreams identified dependant on the acquisition. Any experience delivering in the Facilities Management arena would be beneficial. Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions is a MUST. Must have excellent Portfolio Management / Project Management experience and excel in Governance / Control and Stakeholder Management and be prepared to have sensitive and at times difficult conversations. Performing all aspect around onboarding a company and owning and executing the 100 day integration plan. The initial work would be around Integration of IT and Finance Systems and Processes but I am looking for someone who has experience across the value chain.

You would worked in a similar role in the past. Ideally have worked in fast paced environment and understand what it takes to merge organisations in a timely and efficient fashion.

This role is a hybrid role however you would be expected to be on the road 3 days a week. So base is not important however most of the acquisitions are Midlands / South so living in that part of the country would suit.
