Role purpose / summary
Summary: |
The Infra Tools SME is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's infrastructure tools. This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and experience with a variety of infrastructure tools. The Infra Tools SME will work closely with other IT teams to ensure that the infrastructure tools are aligned with the needs of the business. |
Key Skills: |
· Strong understanding of IT infrastructure. |
· Experience with a variety of infrastructure tools. |
· Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell. |
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. |
Desirable Skills: |
· Experience with cloud-based infrastructure tools. |
· Experience with Agile development methodologies. |
· Experience with reporting and data analysis. |
· Experience with project management |
