Role description

Respond and fulfil incoming service requests relating to joiner, mover, and leaver processes, in addition to ad-hoc request for additional access to business systems across the Group.
Support the service transition of new services/applications from project delivery into BAU operation.
Perform recertification of access to business systems across the Group, to ensure colleagues have the right level of access to perform their role effectively.
