Head of Change Management: Change, People, Technology, Transformation:
The Role:
- We're looking for an Experienced Head of Change Management for a market leading Geospatial marine business. We are looking for an individual who has established a Change Management function from the ground up, who ideally has some experience in the public sector/central government.
- Duration: 12 months - likely to extend beyond this.
- Start Date: ASAP
- Rate: £600p/d - £700p/d Inside Scope depending on experience.
- Location: Hybrid - Remote working predominately, with occasional travel on site to Taunton (once a week roughly)
Responsibilities/ Requirements:
- Demonstrable knowledge of Establishing a Change Management function in an organisation
- Change management in relation to IT transformations is essential.
- Spearheading change and governance.
- Public sector experience is preferred, ideally within Central Government.
- Implement change initiatives to ensure the pace keeps up with organisational goals and best practices.
- Implementation of change frameworks across the organisation.
- Stakeholder management and engagement.
