Engagement Lead
Duration: 6 months
Location: Barrow-in-Furness - 3 days onsite 2 days remote
Clearance: Active SC Clearance required
Rate: £740 per day (Inside IR35 - Umbrella only)
Role Overview:
The Engagement Lead will support the Digital Engineering capability delivery portfolio, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
This role requires a proactive professional with strong interpersonal and leadership skills to drive engagement across complex digital engineering initiatives.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in stakeholder mapping, analysis, and management
- Proven ability to define and execute communication strategies
- Strong background in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing delivery
