Role overview:
- Looking for someone who has worked at least 5years on DMS Worksite support. Should be able to handle complex Worksite related issues, maintain SLAs, co-ordinate with users to gather requirements for special requests, available to work on UK shift hours, work on DMS server patching.
Mandatory skills:
- Should have worked as DMS support engineer on Worksite 9 and Work 10,should have understanding of the components on Worksite server, should now client side and server-side email filing, should know the iManage DB schema, should have good understanding of IDOL.
Good to have:
- IRM Module.
- iManage Work 10 Rest API.
- IDOL RAVN.
- Worked on Litera Milan module
