Position: DevSecOps Solution Architect Location: Bristol or London (Hybrid - 3 days per week on-site) Duration: 6 Months Day Rate: £794 per day inside IR35 Role Overview: As a DevSecOps Solution Architect, you will serve as a subject matter expert in DevSecOps methodologies and best practices, facilitating the integration of development, security, and operations. You will leverage your expertise in DevOps principles, Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), application security, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD tools to deliver robust technical solutions. With accountability for the end-to-end technical architecture, you will ensure alignment with business objectives, security standards, and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and own the end-to-end technical solution to establish a sustainable "DevSecOps" practice · Define solutions that are customer-centric, secure, compliant, and aligned with target architecture and business needs · Provide expert guidance on complex, high-risk solutions within a dynamic and ambiguous environment · Ensure integrity and completeness of solutions while supporting architectural strategy and operational simplification · Proactively identify opportunities for simplification, improved customer experience, enhanced agility, and cost reduction · Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to assure design alignment with business requirements Essential Skills/Experience: · Extensive experience delivering secure solution designs for large corporate businesses (5+ years) · Proficiency in various aspects of business, data, systems, network, and technology architecture · Expertise in DevSecOps methodologies and practices · In-depth understanding of DevOps culture, SDLC practices, application security, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD tools Preferred Skills/Experience: · Familiarity with agile product ownership and solution architecture methods across various delivery methodologies · Experience in operational model, process, and business architecture, spanning multiple business functions and products · Technical proficiency in service-based architecture |
