Deployment Manager
Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week in London
Length: Initially until March 2025
Salary: £85,000 per annum
We are actively looking to secure a Deployment Manager to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Job description
The Cutover Manager is expected to perform:
* Develop and own the overall deployment plan containing list of deliverables and activities to be performed for a large scale transformation cutover
* Prepare overall deployment strategy
* Work with program workstreams to plan and develop detailed cutover plans including technical and functional steps to be executed during the deployment phase
* Ability to identify risks, cross components dependencies and downstream impacts
* Lead deployment planning activities with Technical, Business and 3rd party teams
* Determine go-live readiness criteria, socialise them with key stakeholders and obtain approvals
* Plan and execute full dress rehearsals to help teams prepare for final go-live
* Establish and communicate overall deployment plan with leadership team and key stakeholders
* Manage risks and issues associated with cutover and prepare appropriate mitigation plans
* Coordinate and secure approvals as suggested by Change Advisory Board process
* Liaise with SAP functional, Technical and Business SME's to assist with planning and execution of deployment activities.
Experience required
* Delivered multiple SAP S/4 full lifecycle implementations as cutover lead
* Familiarity with SAP deployment and cutover methodology
* Evidence of working in a challenging and complex organisation
* Effective oral and written communication skills
* Experience in functional areas such as Finance, OTC, P2P, Reporting
* Microsoft project experience is desirable
