Role purpose / summary
As a Delivery Lead you will part of a large team that supports different streams of work for the Projects and Services for the Client Account, across a wide variety of Tax and Benefit regimes. Being experienced in the full project lifecycle from proposal response through to planning, mobilising, leading and execution of SAP and related software development and support.

You'll find this is an extremely dynamic role with opportunities to develop technical expertise, as well as the client facing soft skills you need to excel in IT consulting.
The work:
As a Delivery Manager, you will be expected to:
- Involvement in the sales process, working as part of sales propositions and following them through to delivery.
- Delivering against the client contract: Conversant with the contract and the change control process.
- Have overall responsibility for engagement success and achieving engagement targets and delivering to agreed timescales.
- Manage the engagement financials and forecasting in line with agreed timelines.
- Management and motivation of the project team supporting and developing them to achieve their full potential within the client team
- Provide clear and concise status and project reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience of management of distributed teams
- Understanding of the sales process and experience of managing the bid process.
