Role purpose / summary
Proven experience in IGA architecture and business process implementation. | Expertise with: | · SAP, Active Directory (AD), SuccessFactors, Office 365, and Entra ID. | Strong understanding of IGA concepts such as: | · JML workflows. | · Role management and SoD. | · Access request workflows and recertification. | · Password management and governance. | · Experience in designing and documenting scalable, secure, and compliant IGA solutions. | · Familiarity with ServiceNow as an ITSM or IGA platform. | · Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools and solutions. | · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on improving efficiency and scalability. | · Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders. | · Relevant certifications in IGA or IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar) are a plus. |
