Job Title: Cutover Manager
Location: London - Hybrid (2 - 3 days at the office)

Rate: £650 - £700 per day (Inside IR35) Umbrella company only
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Cutover Planning: Develop and manage a detailed cutover plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the cutover process.
- Data Migration: Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Testing and Validation: Coordinate end-to-end testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate the functionality and performance of the new Workday system.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve cutover-related issues promptly, escalating to senior management as necessary.
- Training and Support: Ensure that end-users are adequately trained and supported during the transition period.
- Post-Cutover Activities: Monitor post-cutover activities to ensure system stability and address any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing cutover activities for large-scale ERP implementations, preferably in payroll systems.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SAP and Workday systems, with experience in data migration and ETL processes.
- Project Management: Proven track record in project management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
5+ years' experience leading implementation and cutover of ERP applications (e.g. Workday, SAP) in Financial Services
