My client, a global financial services brand is looking for a Corporate Marketing Executive on a initial contract basis. The role is Hyrbid (3 days insite) and Inside IR35.

An exciting opportunity has emerged to join the Performance Marketing team, within International business Services UK.

The Customer Team are responsible for creating engaging and profitable relationships with our existing Customers. This role is a critical contributor to achieving goals within our Corporate Customer segment, with the successful candidate owning delivery of the Corporate Marketing Plan.

The successful candidate will partner with internal stakeholder teams and external agencies to deliver, own and optimise best-in-class communication experiences for our Corporate Customers, creating & using insight to drives goal-oriented behaviours among Corporate Programme Administrator and customer audiences

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ownership of Large- and Mid-Market Corporate segment marketing plan:

  • Creating and executing multi audience campaigns across email, MYCA, @ Work and display
  • Planning, executing & reporting on delivery of automated Digital Marketing Journeys
  • Partner with internal tech & platform teams as well as external vendors to automate customer journeys & experiences via Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Lead improvements to the UK Programme Administrator marketing preference management, involving discovery & assessment with technical teams, and maximising opt-ins through available channels
  • Ensuring all corporate customer marketing touch points are maintained and kept up to date in line with periodic product updates & regulatory changes
  • Collaborate with the voice channel marketing team, who deliver targeted voice triggers to Account Managers, designing strategy & execution to be complementary to deliver omni channel marketing experiences
  • Working with analytics partners and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities that grow corporate account spend, connect Accounts with their value prop and encourage digital account management
  • Leading key relationships with Corporate Account Management and Corporate Servicing teams, liaising and communicating as the SME on digital communications
  • Representing marketing and presenting strategy & updates with senior internal stakeholders and partner teams
  • Ensure alignment with the companies strategic partner pillars
