Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to identify and qualify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and industry events.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.

  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align strategies and drive business growth.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business development metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.

  • Industry Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and promote our brand.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

  • Experience working within an agency setting, ideally a marketing agency
  • Experience doing Business Development with the legal sector
