We are looking for a BA with a core skillset and does not need to have any niche skills.
They will be required to complete items such as
- process flows
- requirements elicitation/documentation
- review comms and docs and has attention on versioning and content
Behaviours and experience
- Financial services and regulations background would be advantageous given the check and challenge needed between Marketing and Compliance stakeholders
- A self-starter.
- Will work as part of small team but needs to take ownership and accountability of their personal tasks
- Able to quickly build effective stakeholder relations
