- Utilize Ansible and Terraform for Linux build automation.
- Manage basic Linux and Windows administration tasks.
- Work with various operating systems including Linux (RHEL, CentOS, OEL) and Windows Servers/Workstations.
- Handle DNS, DHCP, LDAP, Active Directory, and other server management tasks.
- Test and troubleshoot telecom applications and protocols such as Metaswitch Rhino, Dialogic Media Server, and SIP/RTP protocols.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and implement security measures/system hardening on telecom applications.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in SIP/VoIP call performance testing with tools like SIPp, Spectra, WinSIP, and StarTrinity.
- Strong experience with automation frameworks such as Python and Robot Framework.
- Expertise in API automation and performance testing using Locust, Blazemeter/Taurus, k6, newman, and jmeter.
- Hands-on experience with GUI automation tools like TestCafe, Robot Framework, and Selenium.
- Knowledge of CI/CD test integration.
- Familiarity with Ansible and Terraform for automating Linux builds.
- Solid Linux and Windows administration skills.
- Experience with telecom protocols and applications including Metaswitch Rhino, Dialogic Media Server, and Perimeta SBC.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and telecom application security hardening.
Desirable Skills:
- SSCA SIP School Certified Associate certification.
- Familiarity with Intelligent Network protocols like INAP, CAP, and MAP.
- Experience using the Metaswitch Scenario Simulator for SIP, INAP, and MAP protocol testing.
- Strong scripting abilities, particularly in Python.
