Job Title: Ad Tech Manager

Contract: 1 year

Location: Minimum two days a week onsite London

Job Summary:

The Ad Tech Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the use of advertising technology to drive effective and efficient digital advertising campaigns. This role involves managing and implementing various ad tech solutions (Fully certified Google Campaign Manager), analyzing data to improve campaign performance, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. The Ad Tech Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of ad campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ad Tech Stack Management:
    • Oversee and manage the ad tech stack, including ad servers, demand-side platforms (DSPs), data management platforms (DMPs), and other relevant tools.
    • Evaluate, select, and implement new ad tech solutions as needed to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
  2. Campaign Optimization:
    • Continuously analyze and optimize ad campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
    • Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to maximize ad campaign results.
  3. Data Analysis:
    • Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights from campaign data and generate reports to inform decision-making.
    • Monitor and interpret trends and industry benchmarks to stay competitive in the digital advertising landscape.
  4. Ad Creative Management:
    • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure that ad creatives are optimized for different platforms and formats.
    • Implement dynamic creative optimization strategies to personalize ad content for different audience segments.
  5. Audience Targeting:
    • Work with data teams to define and refine audience segments and targeting strategies.
    • Implement audience targeting techniques to reach the right audience at the right time.
  6. Compliance and Privacy:
    • Stay informed about advertising regulations, data privacy laws, and industry best practices.
    • Ensure that ad campaigns comply with relevant legal and ethical standards.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with marketing teams, data analysts, and other departments to align ad tech strategies with broader marketing objectives.
  8. Budget Management:
    • Manage ad tech budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in managing advertising technology for digital campaigns. Fully certified google campaign manager
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of various ad tech platforms, including ad servers, DSPs, DMPs, and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising and real-time bidding (RTB).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Adherence to ethical and legal advertising standards.
