Accountant
£25.00 per hour PAYE
Feltham (Predominantly Remote)
12 Month Contract
Our client is currently searching for an accountant to support their team with the statutory financial audits and financial accounts preparations. To be successful in this role, you will need to have an audit background and be comfortable with project managing audits. This position will also involve some month-end related work and balance sheet reconciliation preparation.
Experience Required
- Responsible for aiding monthly close activities
- Journal creation and posting
- Working with outsourced accounting providers where necessary + tax
- Working with Cisco Tax and other teams (e.g. Treasury)
- Creating balance sheet reconciliations
- Working with the auditors on financial statement audits
- Project managing financial statement audits
Education / skills required:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA etc.)
- Previous practice/ audit experience (Big 4/ Top 10 preferred)
- Previous industry experience
- Comfortable with financial statements and related work
