Onsite 2nd Line Desktop Support | 1st/2nd Line Break/fix, Windows 7 / 10, Office 365, Teams VPN's, BYOD, OneNote, ServiceNow:

The role:

  • We are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineers to work on-site for a fantastic technology consultancy in Belfast.
  • The role is centred around providing 1st and 2nd line break/fix Windows onsite support.

Key Information:

  • Duration: 10 months - Temp to Perm
  • Pay: Circa £24 per hour Inside IR35 (Umbrella)
  • Location: On site in Belfast
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Circa 7.5 working hours per day

The Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience with 1st and 2nd Line Desktop Support.
  • Office 365 & MS Teams
  • Windows 7 / 10
  • Office 365, Teams
  • VPN's
  • BYOD
  • OneNote
  • ServiceNow ticketing system experience.
