1st & 2nd Line Support Analyst - Onsite | £120 - £160 Per Day (Inside IR35) | 6-Month Contract
We are looking for a 1st & 2nd Line Support Analyst to provide technical support in a Windows/Microsoft environment. This is a 6-month onsite contract, paying £120 - £160 per day (Inside IR35).
Based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st & 2nd line support for Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and Intune.
- Manage and resolve tickets via ServiceNow ITSM, ensuring SLA adherence.
- Deploy and support PCs, laptops, and mobile devices using Intune/Endpoint Manager.
- Troubleshoot network and hardware
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Microsoft 365, AD, and Azure administration.
- Experience with Windows 11 deployments and device management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
